Through the matches tab: If a match is on your Matches Tab, you can send an Ice Cream Cone to that match from the Homepage by clicking the Ice Cream Cone icon. You can also look into their profile by clicking on the match. Simply select the “send an icebreaker” symbol directly above the Inbox tab from within a Match’s profile.
Through the Messages tab: The icebreaker button will appear in the messages pane. Click it. When you choose to send an icebreaker, you will be given 5 photo pairs to choose from. For each one, pick your favourite. When you’re finished, your match will receive them and will be able to do the same. You’ll be able to see how similar your choices are once you’ve made them both.
How does icebreaker in eHarmony works?

This is how it works:
- Five pairs of photographs will be displayed to you.
