Renewals can begin up to 24 hours before the start of each subscription period. Now, if you claim that you cancelled your repeat subscription, but Match.com says that it has no evidence of such cancellation then you will be asked to pay for the membership so for such a situation it is advised that you contact match.com and get your subscription cancelled by clearing the misunderstanding.

Can I get a refund from match.com? 

There are options for getting a refund if you terminated your subscription but were still charged by Match.com. You may choose to cancel your subscription if you are no longer using Match to find dates. To receive a refund from Match, you must ensure that you are not at fault and that you have not broken any of the terms and conditions.

Use the Match refund number to contact customer service and explain your situation. Match has reportedly refunded a large number of customers. The good news is that you do not have to threaten them or go to court to have your money back.
